Draft Lab Estimates is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information supplied by the client or third parties.

5. Estimates and Quantity Takeoffs

Construction estimates, quantity takeoffs, material quantities, pricing information, and related deliverables are prepared based on the information available to us at the time of preparation.

Construction material prices, labor costs, subcontractor pricing, market conditions, and project requirements can change.

Accordingly, estimates are provided as professional estimating services and should be reviewed by the client before use for bidding, purchasing, contracting, budgeting, or construction.

6. Drawings and Design Services

Where Draft Lab Estimates provides drawings, drafting, modeling, rendering, or other design-related services, the specific scope and deliverables will depend on the project agreement.

Where professional engineering, architectural stamping, certification, or approval by a licensed professional is required by a governmental authority or jurisdiction, the client is responsible for obtaining the appropriate licensed professional unless such services are specifically included in the agreed scope.

Draft Lab Estimates does not guarantee that a particular drawing, design, permit, variance, or approval will be accepted by a governmental authority.

7. Project Timelines

Estimated delivery dates are based on the agreed scope and the timely receipt of required project information.

Delays in receiving drawings, revisions, specifications, client feedback, payments, or other required information may affect delivery timelines.

8. Revisions

The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the agreed scope of work.

Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may require additional fees and/or additional delivery time.

9. Fees and Payments

Project fees, payment schedules, deposits, and other payment requirements will be communicated to the client before work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Draft Lab Estimates may require payment before beginning certain services.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Draft Lab Estimates retains ownership of its pre-existing templates, processes, systems, methodologies, software configurations, and other proprietary materials.

Upon full payment for a completed project, the client receives the rights to use the final project deliverables for the intended project purpose, subject to the agreed scope.

Third-party materials, software, fonts, images, or other content remain subject to their respective ownership and licensing terms.

11. Confidentiality

Draft Lab Estimates will take reasonable measures to protect confidential project information provided by clients.

Clients should not provide information that they are legally prohibited from sharing.

12. Communication and SMS

Draft Lab Estimates may communicate with clients and prospective clients through email, telephone, and SMS where appropriate and where the recipient has provided the required consent.

SMS messages may include inquiry responses, project updates, estimate-related communications, consultation scheduling, and other service-related communications covered by the recipient's consent.

Message frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply.

Recipients may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for assistance.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services.

13. No Guarantee of Project Outcome

Draft Lab Estimates provides professional estimating, drafting, modeling, and design support services based on the information provided and the agreed scope.

We do not guarantee:

• That a bid will be awarded
• That a project will remain within an estimated budget
• That a contractor or subcontractor will use a particular price
• That a drawing or design will receive governmental approval
• That a project will receive a permit
• That actual construction costs will exactly match an estimate
• That a project will achieve a particular financial or construction outcome

14. Third-Party Services

Our website or services may involve third-party software, platforms, hosting providers, communication services, or other third-party services.

Draft Lab Estimates is not responsible for outages, errors, or actions outside our reasonable control involving third-party services.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Draft Lab Estimates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Any liability relating to a specific project will be subject to the applicable written agreement between Draft Lab Estimates and the client.
